This notice describes, in outline, how OTAC Connect handles personal information. The directory is a property of CrownGrove Capital LLC, 7901 4th ST N STE 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702.
Who this notice is from
OTAC Connect is the directory described on this website. CrownGrove Capital LLC, 7901 4th ST N STE 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702, is responsible for personal information on this site. Requests should come through the contact page.
Information we hold
Accounts: name, email address, the role you choose, and a password we store only in a form we cannot read back. We also keep the fact that a new account presented the community access code.
Nominations: the contractor you name, where they work, why you recommend them, your name and email, and any comment you add. Public attribution of your name is off unless you explicitly choose it. Please do not include client names or health details.
Claims: details a contractor sends so we can check that a listing should be linked to their account, including contact details and what they say about the business.
Contact: whatever you send us when you write in, and our reply.
Technical records: a sign-in session, and ordinary server logs such as the time of a request. We do not sell these records.
Why we use it
To create and protect accounts, to let occupational therapists search published listings, to review nominations and claims before anything is published, to answer contact messages, and to keep the site working.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep account, nomination, and claim records for as long as they are needed to run the directory and to show what was reviewed. Contact messages are kept long enough to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.
Exact retention periods are still to be set at legal sign-off. When a record is no longer needed, the intention is to delete it or reduce it so it no longer identifies someone.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact page. A public email address is not published yet. We will say if we cannot meet a request, and why.
